Completed PHA Life Safety Upgrades Project

EDC was awarded prime contractor for the Peabody Housing Authority life safety upgrades to an elderly housing complex built in the 60s. Work includes new 2HR emergency electrical closets, New Life safety & Standby electrical distribution, Removal of existing 250KVA Diesel genset in basement and new 180KVA genset outside of building, NEW Fire pump ATS, 2HR feeders, Site Work, Concrete, and exhaust stack.
